NHC proudly presents its latest project showcasing expert interior remodels, where outdated and unusable spaces have been completely redesigned and reconfigured to meet modern standards. This portfolio highlights our commitment to building dreams with craftsmanship through innovative and functional interior space refits.

This project consisted of a complete rebuild of this basement space. The existing was supported in areas that were being rebuilt by our team at NHC. The entire foundation was rebuilt, and a stem wall and footing were added to this building as the previous foundation did not feature one. This required us to support the building in areas as we demolished and rebuilt the foundation and exterior walls. This entire home was also rewired and replumbed during this process as the outdated plumbing and electrical were a serious safety hazard. The entire home was also reinsulated and resided during this process as well, featuring all new windows and machinal HVAC upgrades.
