Several aspects came into play when rebuilding the deck surrounding this beautiful home. Electrical was upgraded and removed in areas of the deck, down spouts and gutters were modified to better accommodate the flow of water and fit with the layout of the new deck. painting/staining and restoration of the deck will also take place.
NHC, a renowned Construction Company, recently completed a comprehensive deck rebuild spanning nearly 1400 sq feet. The entrance deck features clear redwood decking, walk-up stone planter boxes, and a hog wire and redwood handrail system. Stay tuned for updates on this project as staining is yet to be completed.
