This project from design to construction was all preformed in house by Northern Hills construction. Several trades were required to complete the project including plumbing, electrical, concrete pump operator and mixing truck, as well as scheduling delivery and construction of the hot tub and steam room.
Deck construction
The ShelterWood Collective Deck is a recent project that showcases an impressive ADU design with a variety of outdoor features. The deck boasts a 12-person cedar sauna, a 6-person cedar hot tub, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, the custom 3ft x 3ft piers with 12 inch Sono tubes provide a more fire-resistant build that is built to last a lifetime.
