Northern Hills Construction is a father‑and‑son–owned general contracting company built on decades of hands‑on experience in the trades.
Founder Yuri Hill entered the industry at 21, starting in residential framing before moving into union concrete work. Over the past 20 years, he has worked alongside major contractors, engineers, and highly skilled tradespeople, gaining deep expertise in structural work, concrete, and large‑scale residential construction.
His son, Aftan Hill, began his career at 18 and developed a strong foundation in high‑end finish carpentry. He brings precision, detail‑driven craftsmanship, and a modern approach to interior finishes and custom work.
Together, Yuri and Aftan combine structural knowledge, field experience, and refined carpentry skills to deliver projects that are both durable and beautifully executed.
